Neurology Consultation
NEO provides physician-led neurology consultations for adults with common neurological conditions, including headache, seizures, neuropathy, cognitive concerns, and movement disorders. Care is delivered in a community-based outpatient setting.
RAPID is a physician-supervised, community-based IV iron infusion program designed to improve timely access to treatment for patients with iron deficiency. The program provides an efficient referral pathway to reduce delays in care and support improved patient outcomes.
